Find clarity in grief
Over the cliches yet?…
God doesn’t give you anything you can’t handle.
Let go and let God.
They wouldn’t want you to be sad.
They are in a better place.
Your head might buy it, but your heart’s whispering, ‘I’m still aching’. This Lent, come sit with me and a group of tender souls who get it- no judgement, no rush. We’ll hold your grief gently, weaving it into Jesus’ suffering, so you can breathe a little easier in the fog, together.

Grief is a heavy thing. You are exhausted but can’t stop thinking about it. You try talking to others and they say things that are unhelpful and down right annoying.
You are carrying this alone. You don’t want to burden others so you hide in the shower to cry. You wonder what you did wrong to deserve this. You fear dying or others dying.

What customers say

★★★★★
“Nichole helped me get out of the guilt I felt for not having a good work and home life balance. I was behind on laundry, housework, and notes at work. I felt like I was always failing or would fail at any moment. I was putting so much pressure on myself all the time to be perfect. I would let sadness and anxiety consume me on bad days at work and take it out on my husband and kids. On bad work days, I am now able to let that go and be present with my family. I have more self compassion and learned that saying “no” is self care.”
